Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of SkyBook's website, mobile app, and lookup services.

Updated 6 October 2026

1. About this service

SkyBook is a technology platform for itinerary management. We let you look up flights by booking reference and download e-ticket documents. SkyBook is not an airline and does not sell flights, and it does not act as a travel agency on behalf of our airline partners.

By accessing or using SkyBook you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Using SkyBook

  • You must only use the service in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for keeping your booking reference private and for using it only to access your own bookings or bookings you are authorised to manage.
  • You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

3. Airline services

All flights, schedules, fares, baggage policies, and change and cancellation rules are the responsibility of the relevant airline. SkyBook displays itinerary information retrieved from our data partners and does not guarantee that such information is free from airline error. For changes, refunds, and rules that apply to a specific ticket, contact the airline directly.

4. Availability and changes

We work to keep SkyBook available around the clock, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update this website, add or remove features, and revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyBook provides the service on an “as is” basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including reliance on itinerary information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
