Privacy Policy
How SkyBook collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you look up and manage your itineraries.
Updated 6 October 2026
1. Scope and what we process
SkyBook is an itinerary-management platform. We help you look up flights by booking reference (PNR) and download your e-tickets. This policy explains what information we handle and why.
When you enter a booking reference, we use it to retrieve the related itinerary from our travel data partners. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not require an email address or password.
2. Information you provide
- Booking reference (PNR) that you type into the lookup field.
- Any preferences you share with our support team in a support conversation.
- Device information transmitted automatically, such as browser type and IP address, used for security and reliability.
3. How we use information
- To retrieve and display your itinerary accurately.
- To generate and download your e-ticket PDFs.
- To provide customer support.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and maintain availability.
- With your consent, to measure aggregate site usage with a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that collects no personal identifiers.
4. Information we don't share
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use your itinerary data for advertising profiles. We share data only with the service providers and airline partners required to deliver the lookup and ticketing functions you request, and where we are legally required to do so.
5. Retention and security
Itinerary data is held only as long as needed to provide the service and is not stored indefinitely. We use HTTPS encryption in transit and restrict internal access to the systems that power lookups and support.
The SkyBook mobile app can cache the last itinerary you viewed on your device so it remains available offline. That copy lives on your device and is removed with the app.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact support and we will respond within the period required by law.
