Cookie Policy
What cookies and similar technologies we use, how we ask for your consent, and how you can change your choice.
Updated 6 October 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. They are widely used to make sites work, remember preferences, and measure usage.
2. Storage and analytics we use
- Essential cookies — small text files required for basic functions such as keeping your session secure. We also place a cookie to remember that you have seen the consent notice. Without these, parts of the service cannot operate.
- Local storage — used by the SkyBook site and app to remember your cookie choice and to keep the last itinerary you looked up available on your device for offline viewing. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Analytics (optional) — with your consent we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. It counts aggregate page views in a way that does not store cookies or personal identifiers such as your IP address, and it is used only to understand overall usage so we can keep the service fast and reliable.
3. Managing cookies
When you first visit SkyBook you will see a consent banner. Choosing “Accept all” allows the optional analytics described above. Choosing “Reject all” means only essential cookies and local storage are used — the service works exactly the same either way, and your choice is just as easy to make.
You can change your mind at any time: open the “Cookie settings” link in the footer and re-make your choice. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of SkyBook from working correctly.
4. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Contact support@skybook.com with any questions.
